I'm Richard Quick .. or Rich, for short*.  

I've been a web designer & internet marketer for over 12 years and specialise in helping businesses of all sizes make money online.

I've worked for the likes of the BBC, Eden Project, NHS, WWE, Waitrose, John Lewis, Keep Calm and Carry On, Pot Noodle, MTV, Nestlé, Hipp Organic, Which?, Argos, ABB, Fidelity Investments & the Government of the British Virgin Islands.

I wrote a best-selling book on web design back in 2005, I've been quoted as an expert by the likes of the BBC & .NET, advised SMEs on web strategy through Business Link, was a finalist at the SxSW Web Awards, in Austin, Texas, & am on the Shopify Advisory Board.

These days I specialise in front end web design & Shopify development & SEO. I'm also currently managing director of MailRight.co.uk, a company which provides email marketing services to clients including Waitrose, John Lewis and WWE, as well of dozens of start ups & SMEs.

I'm originally from Cornwall and live in St. Andrews, Scotland with my fiancée and 2 very noisy hamsters.

Before you ask .. yes, that is my real name!  My Grandad's name was Francis Richards and he died a few weeks before I was born, so my mum and dad decided to call me Richard Francis after him.  They obviously didn't think it through. ;o)
